H.E.A.R.T.

...is the push up when gravity and fatigue wish to pull you down. It's never believing that your time is your limit but rather just a current measure of what you've currently done. We have no limits...man (used here to mean humans) is a species that can accomplish so many things if given the opportunity to prepare for it.

Guess what...you've prepared for this sport since the dawn of time: large animal with big teeth would like to eat early human, man runs away...slower human is not around after said ordeal so that you are the ancestors of the faster runners. This applies to all people living though, what makes you different? Easy you learned to run ahead of other obstacles: the kid from the town down the road who believes he/she can beat you to the line first....the days in the hot sun all summer, those are the days where you made a gap between you and your competition....that is the sweat that will defeat your fears of limitations.

Nothing stands between Morton and another great day of running tomorrow. Have a little fun though too...a couple horseshoes and a good group of friends is all anyone needs to enjoy themselves tomorrow. Have fun and make the most of your time to hang out with a great group of kids, be they your great friends or your soon to be great friends...take the time to talk to your fellow champions of Morton tomorrow.

Remember:
The eagle flies at midnight...but you have flown higher and farther than that eagle EVER could!
